Vanessa’s work spans the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation and sales visits to product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and implementation support. She is skilled in ERP setup, data migration, user training, and post-go-live assistance, ensuring clients get the most value from their Odoo systems.

Known for her proactive approach, strong communication skills, and adaptability, Vanessa collaborates closely with clients, partners, and internal technical teams to deliver successful ERP solutions tailored to each business. She is fluent in French, English, and Kirundi/Kinyarwanda, allowing her to effectively engage with diverse clients across the region.
